Most parts for the Stick shaker are made of aluminium but housing  flywheel and plugs are in nylon. Electric motor and grip belt from an old printer.   

Test assembly and adjustment of the column clamping.

Label designed in a Photo program and printed on self-adhesive paper.

DIN connector with bayonet lock.

Stick shaker mounted on the column. I had to move the pedal cover box a little forward to give enough space for the shaker.
The shaker is connected to 12V DC and an existing relay card.
After configuration of my SIOC script and Prosim the stick shaker work well.
